Kung Fu (功夫) means work; work results in measurable physical changes in your body that results in both health and martial value.

Come along to discover:

Food – Trying to get into more vegan and vegetarian food. Eating meat just isn’t sustainable aside from the fact that it is bad for heath.

Sports – Besides Chen Style Taiji, I do miss hockey.

Art & Music – Latin music, Afro Cuban all the way! I was really into Salsa dancing, and I play the Timbales, Bongos, and Congas, just the basics.

History & Culture – I break down what is “Chinese” culture. I am a Linguistics major, and I can teach you Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) much better than most teachers.

Nicholas did a session with a group of us from our company. It was very interesting and everyone enjoyed themselves. Nicholas is a very patient instructor who is clearly very passionate about his martial art. I would love to try it again!
